Day 1: Classic Munnar

09:00 AM - Eravikulam National Park

Start early to spot the Nilgiri Tahr. The park opens at 7:30 AM, and it's best to beat the queue.

12:00 PM - Tea Museum & Lunch

Learn about the history of tea in Munnar. Grab a quick lunch in Munnar town.

03:00 PM - The Drive to Vattavada

This is the highlight. Drive past Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Top Station. The road enters the Pampadum Shola National Park—keep your windows down!

06:00 PM - Check-in at Gypsys Paradiso

Arrive at Vattavada. Settle into your tent and enjoy a private campfire dinner.

Day 2: Vattavada Exploration

08:00 AM - Strawberry Farms & Village Walk

Explore the local farms. Vattavada is famous for its winter vegetables and fruits.

02:00 PM - Jeep Safari

Take an off-road jeep safari to the deeper parts of the forest or the Kottakamboor viewpoint.

07:00 PM - Stargazing

Vattavada has zero light pollution. Spend the night identifying constellations.

Day 3: Nature & Return

06:00 AM - Sunrise Trek

A short trek to a nearby viewpoint to watch the sunrise over the Sahyadri ranges.

11:00 AM - Checkout & Return via Marayoor

On your way back, take the route via Marayoor to see the ancient Dolmens and the Sandalwood forest.

Where to Stay

Base yourself at Gypsys Paradiso in Vattavada. It's quieter, cheaper, and more scenic than staying in crowded Munnar town.
